Tevreden over de begeleiding
Wij zijn erg tevreden over de begeleiding die wij hebben ontvangen bij zowel de aankoop als de verkoop van onze woning, en bij het financiële advies. Het hele proces verliep snel, duidelijk en vooral ontzettend vriendelijk. De communicatie was goed en zorgvuldig, gaf vertrouwen.
Wat wij als groot pluspunt hebben ervaren, is dat alles onder één dak wordt aangeboden. Hierdoor kon er snel worden geschakeld tussen aankoop, verkoop en financiën/hypotheek, en was de onderlinge afstemming duidelijk merkbaar. Dat zorgde voor rust en overzicht in een toch vaak spannende periode.
Ook over het stylingadvies en de fotografie bij de verkoop van onze woning zijn wij zeer tevreden. Dit heeft zeker bijgedragen aan een mooie presentatie van het huis.
